At Auri Home, we proudly partner with Jungle Culture to bring you sustainable, handcrafted home and lifestyle products. All orders are processed and shipped directly from Jungle Culture’s international fulfilment centres, ensuring authenticity, quality, and eco-friendly packaging every time.

We aim to make your delivery experience as seamless and transparent as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery window.

Please note: Our processing times are based on the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), depending on the season. Orders placed after 5:00 pm AEST/AEDT or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard international delivery to Australia typically takes:

  • 10–20 business days for metropolitan areas

  • 15–25 business days for rural or remote regions

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and seasonal demand.

We continuously monitor our supply chain to minimise delays and ensure your eco-friendly order arrives as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate tracked shipping across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: AUD $7.95

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over AUD $100

All shipments include tracking for your peace of mind.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear once your package leaves the fulfilment centre.

You can track your parcel using the carrier’s link provided in your confirmation email or via Australia Post once your parcel clears customs.

Customs & Duties

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees applied upon arrival in Australia are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for up-to-date information on possible charges.

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

If an item is on pre-order, or if your order includes multiple products, they may arrive separately depending on stock location. You will receive separate tracking notifications for each parcel.

Sustainability Promise

All Jungle Culture shipments use eco-friendly packaging, avoiding unnecessary plastic and excess waste. Your order may arrive in recycled kraft paper, tissue wrap, or compostable materials to reflect our shared commitment to the planet.
