At Auri Home, we work in partnership with Jungle Culture to deliver sustainable, handcrafted home and lifestyle products. As a proud Jungle Culture stockist, all orders are fulfilled directly by Jungle Culture’s logistics team. To ensure fairness and transparency, our return policy aligns with their official dropshipping and fulfilment terms.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order as much as we do. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Jungle Culture’s supplier policy.

Because each Jungle Culture item is handcrafted using natural materials, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are normal and part of the product’s unique character – these will not be considered defects.

Please note:

  • Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items.

  • We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, natural variations, or used products.

  • To ensure hygienic safety, personal care products (e.g. toothbrushes, razors, or cotton buds) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

  • All return requests must be approved prior to shipping. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Process for Faulty or Damaged Items

  3. Once approved, we will provide further instructions for return or replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation from Jungle Culture’s fulfilment team.

Shipping & Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items will be covered by Jungle Culture.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged when returning.

  • If an incorrect delivery address was provided, Jungle Culture and Auri Home cannot be held liable for non-delivery.
